Mucho Burrito

During the summer there were flies around the beverage dispenser. (Ok, not just summer--a fly just landed on my food and it's now December.) The food is decent but messy so I try to eat off the oversized metal tray, but would rather eat off a real plate. The paper wrapping rips easily when using plastic utensils and must be removed to avoid ingestion. Tables were dirty and napkin dispenser was empty. You can do better!

I love this place! It's my favorite build-your-own burrito place by far!! I only wish there were more of these in the states :/ The meat is delicious, the guac is tasty, the hot sauces are actually spicy, and you get three selections of rice: white, brown, or Spanish (Spanish is the best). I've often gone to Renton for errands mainly because I can grab a quick meal here. I'd recommend it over Qdoba and Chipotle any day!

Good but not great. Big portions, but paid extra for not much guacamole. Mediocre Mexican food but definitely fast food

Went for a quick bite before a movie, and it hit the spot. Got quite busy once we sat down, but the place runs pretty smoothly. A good keto friendly salad option, and very large portion sizes(wife got a huge plate of chicken nachos.) I was pretty happy, and we were on our way.

We were running around everywhere at The Landing of course in the rain. After hitting several stores and the clearance racks (my favorite) at each we were hungry. There are many good food choices at The Landing including 5 Guys Burgers Thai pizza Chinese Wings n Things. We decided on one of our favorites Mucho Burrito. I sat to reserve our booth (did not want to stand in line) and left the ordering to my brother and sister. The arrived soon with a delicious steak salad and a three taco plate fish beef and chicken complete with chips and salsa (different heats available). We also had a refreshing Corona Modelo Dark and a Pacifico...went well with the spice and the rain.

The times I've gone here, have been good. Perfect? Sadly close to it, but not quite, why? The biggest reason probably because the music is kind of loud, have hard time hearing or speaking to the people working their for my order. My food, each time has been good and enjoyable. Unfortunately I don't have pictures, sorry, but overall they're burritos are good and there meals are enjoyable too, with quite a few choices that aren't burritos too.

The food is good if you go there mid-week, so so on Mondays. Extra salsa $0.75. Many extra items like guacamole cost more. For a fast food restaurant this is quite silly. At least one (young) employee is quite rude.

Usually good service. In my opinion the rice could be better at times. There have been a couple times where I have ordered the biggest burrito but was served very small portions compared to other times/visits. The restaurant is usually clean. I wouldn't mind a more friendly welcoming environment - I say this because sometimes I'm not even greeted, it's just 'What do you want'. Just my opinion though.

Their food is good overall, this is my fallback place when I am late or didn't make it to other place. Their customer service however is below average. Every time I go for fish taco, their tray is empty and make me wait 10 mins while they cook fish. Wonder why won't they check tray when it's about to be empty and cook ahead. So next time, I go I am gonna call ahead to ask them to cook fish if the tray is empty.The food preparer is not well knowledgeable on orders, or do not understand English well.
